TripleTree LLC, a Minnesota-based financial advisor, announced it had advised Hospice Partners of America on its pending acquisition by Addus HomeCare. Addus purchased the Alabama-based Hospice Partners for a reported $130 million.
Hospice Partners of America is a multi-state provider of hospice services. TripleTree acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Hospice Partners of America for the transaction.
