HealthcareSource® and The American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration have announced the results of their third annual Healthcare HR Initiatives Survey.
There were close to 500 respondents, which included 16% at a C-suite level of vice president and 55% at the director of management level.
More than two-thirds of respondents said one of their top initiatives is streamlining HR processes, as well as improving employee retention.
More respondents said they were planning for healthcare reform in an attempt to reduce cost. Thirty-eight percent said were planning to add learning management systems and e-learning content over the next year to achieve HR initiatives.
