HCR ManorCare announces partnership

PatientPing, a health technology company in Boston, announced a collaboration Tuesday with HCR ManorCare.

Using the PatientPing platform, HCR ManorCare will monitor patient populations throughout the healthcare continuum, with a goal to reduce unnecessary hospital readmissions and facilitate care transitions.

HCR ManorCare has close to 500 centers, encompassing skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, as well as memory care, assisted living, outpatient rehab, hospice and home care locations.
