Dominion Senior Living of Bristol has launched a new technologically advanced program to help care.

The community, which has 40 memory care apartments in Bristol, TN, joined Eldermark and Silversphere to implement the program.

The EHR system and a specially designed nurse call system lets team members receive alerts on their mobile devices, allows tracking of daily activity and can let caregivers update medical records through an app.

“We are thrilled to have this technology in our community. The new systems are simple to use, minimize the reliance on paper and make information available to our whole team in real time,” said Michelle Boling, senior executive director of Dominion Senior Living of Bristol.

Eldermark’s platform will support electronic health records, clinical, billing, management, sales and marketing functions. Silversphere will provide Atmos, an app and technology which alerts nurses when a resident needs assistance.

“Atmos provides peace of mind for residents and their families,” said Rick Taylor, senior vice president of market expansion at Silversphere. “With this technology, Dominion Senior Living will be able to empower its care team, giving them the tools they need to respond to residents quickly and track daily activities.”
