Concerto Renal Services, which provides hemodialysis services in skilled nursing facilities, has welcomed Autumn Lake Healthcare at Alice Manor in Baltimore to its SNF Dialysis Program.
Concerto expanded to Maryland through its acquisition of Home Dialysis of Maryland (HDOM) in June 2019. Autumn Lake Healthcare maintains a network of independent nursing homes and rehabilitative care centers across Connecticut, New Jersey, and Maryland and Wisconsin.
Concerto is based in Chicago.
