CarePort Health has announced a partnership with Baltimore-based Audacious Inquiry, which allows CarePort to integrate with AI’s Encounter Notification Service®
Providers using AI in one of its 10 states can access to CarePort’s network of hospitals and post-acute providers to coordinate post-discharge care.
