Think Research has announced the debut of eForms in the U.S. post-acute care market.

eForms are digital versions of a provider’s existing admission agreements, including point-and-click simplicity and secure electronic signature functionality.

The product saves time and improves accuracy, as well as gives providers a competitive advantage, the company said. eForms also eliminated physical storage requirements and reduced paper costs.

“Regulations from a variety of sources require that a skilled nursing resident or their representative be informed and sign-off on a lengthy list of disclosures and requirements,” said Brynne Eaton-Auva’a, Vice President of Business Development for Think Research. “Due to the significant volume of paperwork generated during this process, facilities struggle with resources, accuracy and the cost of managing admissions documentation. eForms solve these problems in the post-acute admissions process and make providers more competitive.”

Think Research will showcase and demo its eForms at Booth 954 at the AHCA/NCAL Convention next week in Nashville.
