Total Brain Health this month will launch its latest brain-health product, a toolkit that promotes social-based training for people with memory loss.

TBH FLEX 1.0, a group-based cognitive stimulation program, hits the market Sept. 5.

Developed by brain health expert Cynthia Green, Ph.D., TBH FLEX 1.0 translates the latest brain health research into engaging, multi-sensory brain health classes aimed at early- to moderate-stage dementia patients. Through a series of exercises, participants address body, mind and spirit to help maintain wellbeing and encourage engagement.

The new toolkit includes online access to step-by-step scripted training, professional educational papers, and marketing materials to help drive enrollment. TBH also hosts free monthly open call meet-ups for TBH Toolkit trainers to ask questions, discuss best practices and learn about the latest in cognitive training research.

“We aim to help professionals by providing science-based brain wellness classes that are easy to teach and that incorporate social-based brain workouts to foster cognitive stimulation and grow social confidence while at the same time reducing isolation, a major concern in dementia,” Green says.
