The Avamere Family of Companies now owns a short-term skilled nursing facility in Albuquerque.
The community will be called Avamere Rehabilitation at Fiesta Park. It has 75 private rooms, a large therapy gym, a salon and bistro. It is adjacent the annual Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, offering residents a view of the hot air balloons during this nine-day event.
