Strawberry Fields REIT has bought its 10th skilled nursing facility in Arkansas for $6.85 million.
The Waters of White Hall in White Hall, AR, has 120 dual-certified beds. Infinity Healthcare of Arkansas is providing the SNF with consulting services.
“The Waters of White Hall fits well geographically into our overarching portfolio; the facility has a great census and is performing well,” noted Moishe Gubin, CEO of Strawberry Fields, which Strawberry Fields now owns 70 nursing homes. “We were pleased to acquire this property, to help play a role in providing residents of Arkansas with exceptional nursing care when they need it most.”
