Never let it be said Bryanna Wegner has forgotten her roots.

“On New Year’s Eve, Bryanna went into one of her company’s skilled nursing facilities and worked the floor alongside the other CNAs, LPNs and nurses alike,” said Bernie McGuinness, the executive assistant at Majestic Care.

“I don’t know many vice presidents who would do that, nor do it without hesitation or being asked,” she continued.

Acts of selflessness such as these are only a few of the reasons Bryanna Wegner’s dedication to employees and residents is said to be unmatched. That, along with several awards she has earned for her high quality of care.

Among her achievements is the title of Company Clinical Leader of the Year in 2012 and the Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Leader of the Year in 2016. Wagner’s Facility also was an American Health Care Association Bronze Award recipient in 2016 and an AHCA Silver Award recipient the year after, in 2017 while she served as facility administrator.

Wegner started her career in long-term care as a certified nursing assistant at 16. After becoming a licensed practical nurse, she continued her journey as a director of nursing, where she built an award-winning team for Majestic Care.

In 2019, Wagner transitioned into the role of vice president of clinical operations, overseeing 33 skilled nursing facilities and six assisted living communities while encouraging rapid growth and procedure development.

Her passion and dedication has inspired countless professionals to join the industry and make a difference in the lives of an often-forgotten population, according to McGuinness.

In less than 25 years, Wagner went from a floor-staff CNA to the vice presidency of a company that has skilled nursing facilities across the country.

“She has seen every side that the long-term care industry has to offer and is willing to do it all,” McGuinness said.

Wagner also is an advocate for type 1 diabetes, a disease diagnosed in her son at the age of 8, and she serves as a board member for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
