Lessons from frontline workers battling against COVID-19 will lead the way Thursday, Sept. 17, at the annual McKnight’s Fall Online Expo.
The event will kick off 10:30 a.m. ET and feature virtual booths of industry vendors.
The Technology track, with “Lessons from the Front Lines of COVID-19,” will be the first webinar and start at 11 a.m. ET. The Staffing track will follow at 1 p.m. ET, with “Engage and Retain — 5 Steps for Decreasing Turnover in a COVID-19 World.”
The final webinar is on the Mental Health track and is titled, “Mental Health in Senior Care: Impact of COVID-19 on your Residents and Staff.” That session will kick off at 2:30 p.m. ET.
