McKnight's Online Expo

Much like an actual rock concert, McKnight’s Online Expo participants will begin today’s sessions with “It’s Still Rock and Roll to Me,” a wound care presentation by Janice Beitz, Ph.D.

She will be followed by Beth Mace, chief economist for the National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing & Care Industry, who will discuss “2015 seniors housing capital market trends — and influencing factors” at 11:30 a.m. ET.

Wednesday’s sessions will conclude with “MDS 3.0 Update: Know the new requirements, or else” at 1 p.m. ET, featuring MDS and payment expert Leah Klusch.

Thursday’s sessions will begin at 11 a.m. ET with advice on reducing rehospitalizations. The last session highlights the McKnight’s High Tech/High Touch 2014 Gold Award winner’s “Match-Quality Indicator” reporting created by the Polisher Research Institute of the Madlyn and Leonard Abramson Center for Jewish Life.

During breaks, administrators, nurses and other leaders can join vendors in the Expo Hall or network with McKnight’s editors in the lounge. All events — including a continuing education credit for each session — are free.
