Do you know an accomplished woman who deserves the spotlight? Now is the perfect time to honor her dedication and impact with a nomination for the 2nd Annual McKnight’s Women of Distinction awards program.
McKnight’s Senior Living and McKnight’s Long-Term Care News are pleased to once again give providers the chance to recognize women in two categories: those who have made a lasting contribution to the field, or who are early in a promising career. A lifetime achievement award also will be bestowed.
All honorees will be celebrated at a May awards event in Chicago. Last year’s program was a rousing success, highlighting the accomplishments of 41 women across a range of titles and responsibilities (see video recap here).
Eligible women are those working as direct care providers, managers, executives, corporate executives and owners in independent living, assisted living, memory care and life plan communities, as well as those working in these capacities in skilled nursing facilities. Those who serve the field indirectly, for instance as association staff members or thought leaders, also are eligible.
The nomination deadline is Jan. 8, 2020. An early-bird nomination rate is available through Dec. 18.
