Medi-Dose/EPS has widened its popular line of ShrinkSafe Bands to include five new sizes. All are imprinted with “Sealed for your protection.” The bands can be easily applied to items with various sizes, according to the manufacturer. The bands offer excellent protection for drugs with abuse potential, expensive antibiotics and meds requiring special handling.
Perforations on the bands allow for meds to be quickly dispensed and administered. “Every provider has unique requirements, but they all have the same goal … delivering the best in patient care while reducing the potential for medication error,” said Bob Braverman, the firm’s marketing director.
