McKnight's earns Gold again, wins Nos. 42, 43 and 44 national ASHPE Awards

McKnight’s Long-Term Care News was named the Gold Award winner for Best News Coverage in the annual ASHPE Awards Tuesday. The top honor — McKnight’s 12th Gold Award — raises its industry-leading total of national ASHPE awards to 44 in recent years.

ASHPE stands for the American Society of Healthcare Publication Editors. Each year, it honors editorial excellence among all types of U.S. healthcare publications. Health Progress was named Publication of the Year in the magazine category this year, joining an elite group of which McKnight’s is also a member.

McKnight’s also earned a Silver Award for Best Online News Coverage and a Bronze Award for Best E-Newsletter in the 2012 competition.

McKnight’s has now been honored 72 times in recent years at the national level for editorial and journalism excellence, encompassing awards for feature and news writing, design, print publications, bonus publications, online news coverage and more.
