Sean Fahey

Long-term care providers are facing a new challenge thanks to the new requirements for participation: how to respect resident’s wishes and preferences while staying in compliance.

Attorney Sean Fahey with law firm Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman P.C. will advise attendees on how to balance resident’s rights and the new regulations during the quality session of McKnight’s Fall Online Expo. The presentation will begin at 1 pm E.T.

The Fall Expo will also include a session on MDS changes with payment expert Leah Klusch, and a technology session covering the new requirements with nurse executive Judi Kulus.

As always, attendees will have the chance to earn up to 3 CE credits during the event, as well as connect with vendors in the virtual exhibit hall. Click here for more information or here to register.
