Jennifer Gizmunt will be the new chief executive officer at Salter HealthCare in Winchester, MA. She replaces Bob Driscoll, who retired in January.
Salter’s three communities are Aberjona, Winchester and Woburn Rehabilitation.
Gizmunt was previously senior vice president and chief operating officer at Massachusetts-based Lahey Continuing Care.
She served as a board member for the Massachusetts Assisted Living Association from 2007 and 2017.
Gizmunt completed her bachelor’s degree at Merrimack College and a master’s at University of Massachusetts.
