Many providers are getting ready for the new Patient-Driven Payment Model, but most probably still need to consider how to achieve the culture change needed to make it successful. Better communication and collaboration will be two of the tools discussed at a special July 25 McKnight’s webinar on PDPM.
The event has a special 11 a.m. start time that Thursday morning. Highlights of the presentation will be learning how to improve communication with an organization and with referral partners, as well as ways to implement an interdisciplinary team. Examples of actual preparation routines of successful providers will be given.
