A special McKnight’s webinar Jan. 29 will provide thought-provoking questions to help providers get ready for the biggest change in long-term care in decades, the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM). The event starts at 1 p.m. ET and offers free CE credit.

Speakers Todd King and Nancy Losben, pharmacists and clinical leaders with Omnicare, a CVS Health company, will be the featured speakers. Among other things, they’ll teach attendees to understand the point-of-stay variable per diem pay adjustments, for physical therapy- and occupational therapy-driven and non-therapy ancillary services. They’ll also teach about the shift supporting reimbursement for nursing services dependent on accurate assessments, treatment modalities, and the required human and vendor resources needed to deliver quality care.

McKnight’s Editor James M. Berklan will moderate the hour-long event, which is being sponsored by Omnicare. For more information or to register, go here.
