Employees seem to be in the driver’s seat more than ever, thanks to high turnover and worker shortages in long-term care. That’s why on Feb. 16 providers are being presented with a vital McKnight’s webinar, “Employee Engagement: Your Key to Success in 2017.”
The event will begin at 1 p.m. Eastern and focus on ways to keep employees invested in their work, and keep worker retention rates high. Stacey Starling, Ph.D., president of the Starling Center for Educational Development, will be the featured presenter. Peter Corless, executive vice president at OnShift, also will speak.
Among other things, attendees will learn steps to strengthen manager-staff relationships; modern methods of measuring staff satisfaction/feedback; and how to foster a fulfilling work environment.
