Attendees at a special McKnight’s webinar on Tuesday, Oct. 23 will learn strategies how to reduce their rehospitalization rates via current technology and other means. The event starts at 1 p.m. ET and will feature Moreen Donahue, a nurse consultant, former chief nursing officer, and a Nurse Scholar in Residence at Fairfield University.
Donahue will detail how post-acute providers can achieve the triple-aim of improved quality, improved resident satisfaction and reduced costs all at the same time by using an actual case example. She’ll also reveal conditions most responsible for avoidable rehospitalizations and explain how to reduce them.
