Long-term care providers worried about pressure ulcers can benefit from improving risk assessment and community. A December webinar addresses results from an AHRQ’s recent research and how its On-Time Safety Program for Nursing Homes can help decrease pressure ulcers. 

Participants also will learn how electronic health records can be part of a quality improvement project and how to gain insight into lessons on recruiting and engaging homes in QA projects.

The webinar will be at 1 p.m. ET, Tuesday, Dec. 12. 

The speakers will be Linda Bergofsky, Research Project Manager, AHRQ, Candy Hanson, Program Manager, Stratis Health, with questions handled by Lisa Gall of Stratis and Tamara Konetzka of the University of Chicago. Senior Editor Elizabeth Newman will moderate the event.
