Engage With Age
University teams from across the country are gearing up to show off their technology-driven tools meant for improving the lives of older adults and their families. They'll be taking part in the inaugural "HackFest" Oct. 25-27 in Dallas, in conjunction with the LeadingAge annual meeting. "Engage with Age" will challenge the students to design a tool and present a plan for how it would be implemented. The top team will be announced at 1:15 p.m. Oct. 25 and win $5,000; two runners-up will each take home $2,000.
