Relias Learning has bought Swank HealthCare and AHC media, allowing it to enter the acute care online education market.

“One-third of healthcare workers work in acute care settings. These acquisitions provide Relias a strong foothold in acute care, and allow us to further broaden the award-winning educational content that we provide to our clients across the continuum of care,” said Jim Triandiflou, CEO, Relias Learning.

Swank HealthCare has focused on community hospital and U.S. government training, while AHC Media provides continuing medical education and publications for physicians and healthcare professionals.
