Eric Doerhoff

Eric Doerhoff was promoted to become vice president of the Life Care Centers’ Central Division. He will oversee 35 facilities in Indiana, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska, and began April 1.

“Eric was born to be a leader in health care, endowed with personal characteristics and God-given skills honed by 15 years of experience in skilled nursing care,” said Life Care Centers president Beecher Hunter. “Most of all, however, he is driven by a heart for people that makes him a leader his associates want to imitate and that his customers trust.”

Doerhoff was previously the regional vice president for Life Care’s Missouri Region, one of four regions in the Central Division. Before that, he was the director of operations for 11 Golden Living buildings in Missouri. Doerhoff has also served as a the senior health care consultant for BKD, LLP.

He is currently a member-at-large on MHCA’s Board of Directors and serving his second consecutive term as chairman of the MHCA Payment for Services Committee, as well as a second term as co-chairman of the Legislative Committee.

He is originally from St. Elizabeth, MO, and completed his bachelor’s degree at University of Missouri. He received his MBA from Missouri State University.

Doerhoff lives in St. Louis with his wife, Donna, whom he met through the Mizzou Alumni Association Greater Ozarks Chapter.
