Senior living consulting firm Senior Source Consulting Group in Florida announced its expansion.

The group said it will now partner with organizations across the country that have recruitment and retention needs. SSGC uses a Gap Analysis process to focus on a plan for its clients, executives said.

“Recruitment and retention are big issues in the industry right now.  Senior living executives have so much on their plates,” says Libby Lauer,  co-founder and COO of SSCG. “We will know ahead of time what particular business problems or challenges a potential candidate will need to be able to answer, and we will do all the necessary due diligence to provide the best candidates in the most transparent way.”
