Intel Corporation and Aventyn Inc. have announced a partnership around innovation in IoT connected health solutions for healthcare providers.

The Intel® Health Application Platform and with Aventyn’s Vitalbeat® both can help with avoidable readmissions and advanced patient engagement at lower costs and better outcomes, the companies said. 

The Vitalbeat next generation cloud platform offers wireless medical grade devices and wearables with a clinical evidenced platform for chronic disease management. It can offer the ability to remotely monitor vital signs, health metrics, symptoms, medications and other issues via a mobile computing device.
