It is unarguable: As of March 2020, our lives changed. When we knew COVID-19, this new novel coronavirus, was in our country, life changed as we knew it. And I believe that this pandemic has exposed how people really are. Some inspire me, and some frighten me. These are strange times, to be sure.
I am working on putting together a bunch of infection and prevention presentations and it got me thinking of all the stuff we touch in a day, as a nurse. It’s, well, remarkable.
Is it just me, or is nursing documentation lacking something? I mean, I don’t expect a nurse to write a book, but I don’t want to play Sherlock Holmes when I am trying to read a nurse’s notes, either. I’m like, wait: The resident is in the hospital so what happened? I don’t think the…

Well, another week is gone by with another round of Zoom meetings. And I’ll be honest: I’m as confused as a chameleon in a bag of Skittles.
So, I’ve been doing a lot of Zoom meetings each week. And working from home … sometimes I forget to put on pants.
