Wesley Homes, in partnership with Absher Construction Company, is building a full-scale continuum retirement community in Puyallup, WA, the system said.

Wesley Homes Bradley Park plans call for around 153 residential accommodations, 49 assisted living and housing with services apartments and 18 apartments for those with memory impairment. A skilled nursing and rehabilitation center with 36 private rooms will be part of the second phase of construction. Current plans are to break ground in early in 2016.

There are efforts to raise $6 million to contribute to the costs of the first phase.

Wesley Homes operates two retirement communities and a home health agency. It is affiliated with the Pacific Northwest Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church.
