Learning and developing real-life leadership skills will be the focus of an annual meeting of the American College of Health Care Administrators from Monday through Friday. The ACHCA Summer Leadership Conference will take place at the Fairmont Southampton Princess Hotel in Bermuda.

The working title of the meeting is: “Coaching, Counseling, Confronting: Practical Leadership Skills for Creating a ‘Want To’ Work Environment.” Attendees will meet each morning, tackling topics such as “Best/worst behaviors of leaders,” “How unhappy employees cope” and “Leading teams and key points of running team meetings.”
