The National Association for the Support of Long Term Care is holding its annual winter legislative and regulatory conference Monday through Wednesday in Washington.

Noted speakers include former American Health Care Association President and CEO Bruce Yarwood; veteran LTC federal policy guru Laurence Lane, a vice president at Genesis HealthCare; and Ellen Doneski, chief advisory on tax and economic policy for the U.S. Senate Democratic leader.

Educational sessions and updates on regulatory, policy and legal matters will highlight the event. NASL Executive Vice President Cynthia Morton will lead a policy update and forecast for 2016 session.

Rep. Mike Thompson (D-CA) will receive NASL’s Congressional Leadership Award on Wednesday.
