Big bill leaves taxing question ahead for providers

With the House and Senate reportedly coming together on final compromises for the tax system overhaul, all eyes will be on whether an actual vote takes place next week.

On Thursday, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) announced he could not accept the bill in its current form. Combined with Sen. Bob Corker's (R-TN) earlier announcement that he would not vote for the measure as proposed, that would leave Senate Republicans with room for no more defections to still be able to get the bill passed.
