Creating a seamless flow of demographic and clinical patient information between acute and post-acute facilities will be critical for future long-term care success. McKnight's will host a webcast Oct. 1 to help bring providers the latest on achieving quality through electronic medical records interoperability. The free event will begin at 2 p.m. Eastern. The title of the session is, “Driving Care Coordination: Efficiencies & Quality Through LTPAC EMR Interoperability with Referral Partners.”
