Millennials — workers under age 36 — are set to outnumber baby boomers and GenXers combined in the workforce by 2020. Attendees at a Sept. 29 webinar will learn how to tap into this growing generational cohort and successfully recruit, train and retain millennial employees.

Cara Silletto, MBA, president of Crescendo Strategies (and a millennial herself), will share what business principles long-term care providers may need to stay competitive in an ever-changing workforce along with Martha Abercrombie, vice president of strategy for Vikus Corporation.

This webinar has been approved for one recertification credit hour by the Human Resource Certification Institute, and one clock hour by the National Continuing Education Review Service of the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards. Any inquiries about the CE credit should be directed to Martha Abercrombie.

The webinar will begin at 1 p.m. ET on Thursday, Sept. 29, and will be moderated by McKnight's Staff Writer Emily Mongan.
