Look on the bright side

You know, it's really all how you look at things. We all have days that stink, but spinning the situation differently can change how we deal with apparent downers.

For example, when we have a staffing issue, instead of saying, “We're working short,” how about looking at it as that we're just "numerically challenged"?

It's not a flu outbreak. It's an opportunity to keep out that annoying family that's a pain in your keister! It's not that the resident has diarrhea, it's a chance to examine their skin.

The state isn't walking in to tear you apart. It's your chance to show them how awesome you are!

All I'm saying is give your brain a break. The day won't “stink.” Instead, view it as notable for its "remarkable emanation."

Just keeping it real (optimistic),
