What is the most bedbug-infested city in America? The dubious distinction goes to the Philadelphia, according to an annual ranking released by Terminix. Cincinnati, New York, Chicago and Detroit rounded out the top five towns. Bedbugs are a major pest-control challenge for many long-term care operators. “They continue to increase their presence,” said Stoy Hedges, an entomologist with the firm.
