The U.S. Supreme Court has indicated that it will decide whether or not to hear challenges to the Affordable Care Act in a private conference on Nov. 10.

The high court would be considering whether the ACA’s mandate that all Americans purchase healthcare insurance is constitutional, according to multiple published reports.

The court could decide as early as Nov. 14 if it wants to hear the case, or if it will delay a trial until a later date. The Obama administration has asked the court for a quick and decisive ruling.
