Summit Healthcare REIT Inc. bought two skilled nursing facilities at the end of February.
The total purchase price was $27 million, with a total of 318 licensed beds.
Summit Fantasia Holdings II, a joint venture of the REIT and Fantasia Investment III LLC, made the acquisitions. Summit is a publicly registered non-traded REIT.
