The American Hospital Association has granted an exclusive endorsement for three years to HealthcareSource’s Recruitment Optimization, Behavioral Assessments, Reference Checking and Performance Management.

The recruitment optimization solutions help create best practices on reducing time-to-hire, process efficiency, increase quality of hire and reduce costs, the association said. The agreement is an expansion of the association’s endorsement for HealthcareSource’s other behavioral-based assessments.

The reference assessment makes it easier to check references, the AHA said, while the performance manager simplifies performance appraisals, job descriptions, skills, goals, succession planning and performance reporting.

“HealthcareSource has demonstrated its commitment to helping the healthcare field on its quality journey through improved talent management for the nine years its behavioral-based assessments have earned the AHA endorsement,” said Kathleen Wessel, vice president, business management for AHA Health Forum. “We awarded the expanded endorsement based on the continued healthcare focus of its design, research and validation processes, which enables delivery of solutions that reflect a deep understanding of hospital staffing challenges.”
