Senior Living Investment Brokerage announced the sale of Woodview Healthcare in Fort Wayne, IN.
An assisted living owner/operator sold the 128-bed skilled nursing facility, which includes a new therapy gym, sits on 4.3 acres and is adjacent to an assisted living community. It was sold for an Indiana record of $101,563 per bed. The buyer was a private REIT in Chicago.
