mmLearn.org, a non-profit primarily free web-based training system, said it has seen an increase in video views.

The company said it saw more than 100% increase in video views in 2015, and expects growth to increase this year. There will be more content focused on dementia, pain management, behavioral interventions, diabetes, ethics and fair housing.

mmLearn.org officials said they also plan to include more content that on topics such as medication errors, psych management, elopement or wandering, orienting volunteers, dealing with challenges presented by residents, and competency skills. Senior living communities can use the videos to supplement training, or can recommend them to families who want more information on medical conditions.

“As the demand for high-quality care continues to grow, our intention this year is to provide information that will be of benefit to the senior living industry,” said Maria Wellisch, vice president of corporate education.
