Researchers have developed an electronic tattoo that could improve the way providers monitor residents' conditions. The innovation has a tiny electronic sensor that can be attached to a resident's skin, much like a temporary tattoo. It can bend, stretch and wrinkle and not break, according to researchers at the University of Illinois. The product could eventually replace bulkier wires, cables, monitors, pads and more, they say.
