Union Village and Valley Health System to kick off $1.2B project

Union Village and The Valley Health System in Henderson, NV, will hold a groundbreaking next week for a $1.2 billion project.

Union Village will include a senior retirement community, along with a hospital complex and health center, plus cultural arts center. The Valley Healthy System will use 38.5 of the 170 acres to develop an acute care hospital.

The project is expected to generate 17,000 jobs.
