Tech company wins customer service award

 

SmartLinx Solutions won a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Innovation in Customer Service – Computer Industries category in late February in the 11th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service competition.

It won in the subcategory of Total Customer Service Modernization. It was the second year SmartLinx has won a Stevie, which honors exceptional customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. More than 2,300 total nominations were submitted.

The awards were presented during a banquet on Feb. 24 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. More than 650 executives from around the world attended.
