Apple may not be at this week’s Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, but its impact will be hard to miss. At least 80 non-Apple tablets will be featured at the annual event, according to the Washington Post. Samsung, Toshiba, Vizio, Motorola and other competitors will be releasing their versions of touch-screen wireless mini computers at the annual event.
