Stamps to retire from Omnicare's Long-Term Care Group

Jeffrey M. Stamps, R.Ph., will retire in mid-November from his position as executive vice president and president of Omnicare's long-term care division, the company announced. "While we will miss Jeff's contributions, we are confident our long-term care executive team will continue to build upon the progress we have made toward achieving our operating objectives," said Nitin Sahney, president and chief operating officer of the institutional pharmacy company. The firm also announced that Don Wetherhold has been appointed senior vice president of the long-term care group. His responsibilities encompass customer retention, national accounts and automation.
