Software selected for GE Healthcare program
PatientTrak, designed to monitor, measure and improve patient satisfaction, is cloud-based. Features include display wait times, sign-in kiosks, appointment reminders, patient tracking, text message updates, review site monitoring, patient satisfaction surveys and provider transparency through published surveys and testimonials on the providers' websites.

The technology is now compatible for integration with Centricity.
