Cushman & Wakefield, a real estate firm with a seniors housing division, has partnered with MetaProp NYC, a real estate technology company, to provide global real estate services.

The partnership will give real estate technology startups the chance to engage with Cushman & Wakefield’s global clients and resources. They will be provided with pilots, partnerships, investments and acquisition opportunities.

“With the pace of change in the world today, we have to remain quick and agile to deliver value to our customers,” said Brett White, chairman and CEO of Cushman & Wakefield. “We favor new organizational models that leverage strategic partnerships and reject our industry’s convention to self-perform every aspect of the value chain. By partnering with some of the best and brightest minds in real estate technology, our partners succeed, and our clients succeed.”
