DART Chart, which launched its DART Chart’s Map & Track with Quick Map system a month ago, said it has documented how a skilled nursing facility using its system increased its all-beneficiary average managed care per patient day revenue by $33.73.
Additionally, the SNF was able to increase its higher paying Medicare managed care census from 10.6 patients per day to 12.9 patients per day, the company said.

DART Map & Track uses preadmission financials and outlier negotiations to support quicker decisions on referrals.
